UK friends, big news: Oracle NetSuite SuiteConnect has arrived! And the recent Oracle NetSuite SuiteConnect event brought us all the updates and innovations we needed for features and developments previously introduced.

Updates

Eager to know what’s coming down the pipeline? We’ll dig more into it below, but for now, here are some of the biggest features that are either coming or getting shiny new updates:

  • NetSuite Text Enhance
  • Enterprise Performance Management (EPM)
  • Analytics Warehouse Multi-Instance Connecter
  • Field Service Management
  • Electronic Invoicing

These improvements aim to smoothly run operations and increase efficiency across different business functions.

Oracle NetSuite has also welcomed a flexible licensing model to the region, providing users access to specific areas of NetSuite without requiring a full license. More details are to come but just know: this advantage is expected to lower costs for Oracle NetSuite users everywhere! Wondering what prompted this customer-focused benefit? Well, while we see it as just another way NetSuite prioritizes small businesses, Nicky Tozer, NetSuite’s VP EMEA, said it best: Businesses are still striving to do more with less! And for NetSuite, this meant there was a need to showcase the necessity for growing companies to utilize NetSuite’s technology.

Tozer and Even Goldberg, Netsuite’s executive VP, emphasized that it’s not mainly about cost reduction, but also about driving profitable expansion through practical use of technology and systems.

Previous existing customers, including Bloom Wild and Rixo joined Tozer and Goldberg, emphasized and applauded the scalability benefits of Oracle NetSuite to push their company's growth domestically and internationally. Aron Gelbard, Bloom and Wild co-founder and CEO explained, “Having real clarity of purpose about what we were trying to do, accurate real-time reporting on how we were doing day-in-day out were critical foundations to be able to successfully achieve that.”

Oracle NetSuite UK

For Oracle Netsuite UK users, new offerings, such as NetSuite Electronic Invoicing, are designed to help UK businesses send and receive invoices in a structured data format to better suit tax authority standards.

Additionally, NetSuite Analytics Warehouse Multi-Instance Connector enables companies with various NetSuite instances to expand and unite insights across their entire database into a single environment. As for NetSuite Field Service Management, it looks to clarify scheduling and dispatch, automate inventory, and improve customer satisfaction.

EPM and GenAI

Another addition Oracle NetSuite is introducing is Enterprise Performance Management (EPM). EPM will integrate budgeting, planning, forecasting, and reporting processes to sharpen insights and preparedness for future data-driven systems like AI.

The announcement of new generative AI tools came with a big buzz, since there will be no additional charge to users. Oracle NetSuite Text Enhance will now help UK users in composing contextual and unique content across tasks throughout companies, including HR, finance and account, sales and marketing, customer support, and supply chain.

Oracle NetSuite is also looking to expand into about 28 other languages in the future.

A NetSuite Deal

After hearing from multiple NetSuite leaders, the message was clear: NetSuite wants its customers to fully embrace NetSuite as the power tool it can be for any and every business.

Evan Goldberg emphasized that the new services are definitely beneficial, and a “Suite” deal for customers. There were plenty of positive takeaways from the London news, highlighting accessible AI without added costs and flexible licensing options.

But with every news article and update, we were simply reminded of what we’ve always known. Oracle NetSuite is doing it all it can to maintain a standout offer, ensuring your satisfaction.
